장비의 센터라인을 확인하여 재설치합니다
Adjust Steady Rest to center line.
检查设备的中心线并重新安装
공작물의 진원도 불량
Component is not round
工件真圆度不合格
유압 시스템 고장 (피스톤 씰 불량)
또는 공작물의 진원도 불량.
Hydraulic system is out of work, piston seal
is damaged clamping dia. is not round.
液压系统故障(活塞密封不好)或工件真圆
度不合格
피스톤 씰 교체 및 클램프경 재설정
Replace piston seal reset clamping dia.
更换活塞密封件及重新设置钳位
롤러의 과열
Roller get hot at version
Centralized lubrication
滚子过热
급유 관로 손상 및 막힘.
Centralized lubrication System is
damaged.
供油管道损坏和堵塞
급유 관로 점검 및 손상 부품 교체, 막힘 부위 청소
Check lubrication unit, Exchange dosing elements,
Clean lubrication channels.
检查供油管道及更换破损配件，清扫堵塞部位
급유 누락
Lubricant is missing.

Refill lubrication oil.
重新注油
사이드 암 또는 센터 암 손상

Replace O-ring or Check if parts are damaged.
