Steady rest is set in such a way that oil
is automatically supplied through an
oil pump. The standard Steady rest size
has a built-in divider and can be ad-
justed without a separate divider. The
STA-1 is small in size and can be ad-
justed using a separate oil-controlled
distributor. (If you use it through an oil
pump without a separate distributor,
oil may leak during operation.)
Oil is divided and supplied at regular
time intervals through the inner tube of
the distributor.
Adjusting/correcting the intervals
When adjusting/correcting the inter-
vals, first switch off the power. Remove
the cover and adjust the timer on the
control unit. Then reinstall the cover
and switch on the power again (refer to
picture on page 13).
Select time intervals according to ap-
plication 1 min. = 60 lubrication inter-
vals/hour
4 min. = 15 lubrication intervals/hour
(Time setting can be set every 1min)
※ Separate oil pump must be installed
in order to use the oil control distrib-
utor when operating the Steady rest

Steady Rest는 Oil Pump를 통하여 오일을 자동
공급하는 방식으로 세팅 되어져 있습니다.
표준 Steady rest 사이즈는 내장형 분배기 삽입되
어 있어 별도의 분배기가 없어도 조절이 가능하지
만. Steady rest 1 type은 사이즈가 작아 오일 조절
타입인 별도의 분배기 (정량 유량 밸브)를 사용 하여
유량을 조절 할 수 있습니다.
(만약 별도의 분배기 없이 Oil Pump를 통하여 사용
할 경우 작동 시 오일이 누유 될 수 있는 상황이 발생
할 수 있습니다.)
오일은 정기적인 시간 간격으로 분배기 내장 스로
틀 관을 통하여 각 개소별로 분할 공급 하게 됩니다.
설치 방법
소형 윤활장치의 전원을 끊 후 분배기 설치하고 전
원 킨후 제어장치의 타이머를 조정 용도에 따라 간
격을 세팅 합니다.
1min.=60회 윤활간격 / 시간
4min.=15회 윤활간격 / 시간
(시간 설정은 1min 간격을 세팅 가능)
※ Steady Rest 소형타입 작동 시 오일 조절용 분
배기 사용하기 위해서는 별도의 오일펌프가 설치
되어야 합니다.

器，无需另外的分配器也能调节， 但Steady
rest 1 type尺寸小，需使用油调节型即另外
的分配器 (定量流量阀)调节油量。
(如果不用另外的分配器而通过Oil Pump使
用时，运行时可能会漏油。)
油将按一定的时间间隔，通过分配器内置节
流管分别供应至各处。
安装方法
关闭小型润滑装置的电源后安装分配器，打
开电源后调整控制器的定时器根据目的设
置间隔。
1min.=60 润滑间隔 / 小时
4min.=15 润滑间隔 / 小时
(时间设定可设置1min 间隔)
※ 运行小型Steady Rest时，为使用油调节用
分配器需安装另外的油泵。
