Take a new "Diaphragm assembly" (item 11). Unscrew the
nut
(item 30) mounted on this assembly.
Put grease on the needle rod.

Check the position of the piston (item 23) in the air cylinder (item
13).
Position the needle driver (item 28) correctly in the piston (item 23).
Apply low thread locking adhesive to the thread at the end of the needle
(item C2).
Tighten the nut (item 30) moderately.
Reassemble all parts: needle tip, fluid body, nozzle, head, cylinder.
Change
them if necessary
Caution: Fluid may leak from the nozzle when the gun is re-pressurized.
