Replacing the needle tip (item 10)

Shut off the air and fluid supplies to the gun.

Relieve pressure from the circuits.

Unscrew the head (item 1) and the nozzle (item 2) from the gun.

Unclip the needle tip (item 10) from the needle holder (item 11).
-
Clip on the new needle tip.
-
Move the gun to the "OPEN" position to install the nozzle without
damaging the new needle.

Replacing the diaphragm (item 14)
Disassembly

Unscrew the head (item 1) and the nozzle (item 2) from the
gun. Unscrew the 4 screws (item 38). Remove the fluid body
(item 12). Unscrew the needle tip (item 10).
Unscrew the cylinder (item 22) to separate it from the air body (item
13).
Unscrew the nut (item 30).
Pull the needle-diaphragm assembly (item 11) to the front of the gun.
