Servicing
2. Unthread the stem connector nut (9) and
lock nut (10) from the plug stem exten-
sion (25).
3. Unscrew the threaded bushing (8).
4. Remove nuts (33) and bolts (32).
5. Carefully lift the ange (2) over the plug
stem extension (25).
6. Pull all the packing parts out of the pack-
ing chamber using a suitable tool.
7. Renew the damaged parts and carefully
clean the packing chamber.
8. Apply a suitable lubricant to all the pack-
ing parts and to the plug stem extension
(25).
9. Carefully place the ange (2) over the
plug stem extension (25) onto the insulat-
ing section (21).
Mixing valve with V-port plug: place the
ange (2) onto the insulating section,
making sure that the largest V-shaped
port of the V-port plug faces toward the
valve outlet (AB) at the side. See sec-
tion5.1.
