Troubleshooting
5-2-2 When the Indoor Unit Fan Does Not Operate. (Initial Diagnosis)
1) Checklist :
(1) Is input voltage normal? (198-264V~)
(2) Is the indoor unit fan properly connected(CN74)?
(3) Is running condenser properly connected(CN75)?
(4) Is HALL IC in indoor fan motor properly connected(CN44)?
(5) When in operation mode, does the indoor unit fan operate?
2) Troubleshooting procedure
Remove power cord and plug in again in approx. 5 seconds
Is operating lamp blinking in 3 minutes and then lamp off?
PCB-module is faulty.
Does operation start to indoor unit fan when run/stop
button on the remote control unit pushed?
AC voltage between yellow and blue wires when fan
speed select button set at "Hi"?(Above190V~)
Fan motor or fan motor capacitor is faulty.
Q401(KSC945-Y) is faulty.
Micom (IC01) is faulty.
IC03(KA2657) is faulty.
SS70(G3MB-202PL)is faulty.
Check as in the procedure "No
Power parts". Refer to page 5-2.
