I want to Power defrost some food.
1. Press the Power Defrost button.
2. Set the cooking category by turning the Multi Function
Selector Dial. Press the Multi Function Selector Dial to
set desired.
3. Select the weight by turning the Multi Function Selector
Dial as required.
4. Press the START / +30s button.
Result: Defrosting starts.

When cooking has finished, the oven will
beep and flash “0” 4 times. The oven will
then beep one time per minute.
