The computer’s screen isn't
being displayed or is
ashing.
If the computer’s screen isn’t being displayed or the computer is not being recognized, make
sure the computer has been turned on and try reconnecting the HDMI cable from the
computer to the TV. If the screen still isn’t displayed, make sure the computer is not in sleep
mode.
The screen may ash if incorrect resolution settings are being used. For more information on
supported computer resolutions, refer to “Before Connecting a Computer (Supported
Resolutions)”.
