The TV’s screen is cutting out or there is sound coming from the
sound bar.
No TV sound in the sound bar, or disconnected symptoms are often caused by loose connection terminals or poor
contact of the outlet.
When the TV does not connect with an external device properly
The color and design of the TV and its accessories and the features of the TV may differ depending on the model.
If the TV’s screen is cutting out:
First disconnect and reconnect the power cables and HDMI cables on the back of your TV or the One Connect (OC)
Box. And then unplug the power cord and plug it back into the wall outlet.
