Channels/Broadcasts
Try the following solutions if you are having issues with watching broadcasts.
There is something wrong
with the TV
Try this!
I am getting an "Input signal
not found" message.
Check the cable connection and ensure that the external device is powered on. Navigate to
Sources and select a different source.

If using a set top box or a cable box, check the status of the network the external device is
connected to and the status of the broadcast signal.
I am not getting any of the
channels.
Make sure the antenna cable is connected securely to the TV.
Run Reset or Auto Program and add all incoming channels.

I don't see captions when
watching digital channels.
I would like to disable
subtitles.
If watching a channel via an antenna or a cable connection, launch Caption Settings. Certain
channels may not support captions.

Settings General Accessibility Caption Settings
If watching a channel via a set to box, cable box, or any other external device, congure the
device’s subtitle setting. Contact the concerned service provider for more information about
conguring the device.
Broadcasting is deactivated.
Broadcasting is only available when Source is set to TV.
Broadcasting feature cannot be used while an external device has been selected as the
source.
