Learning the TV's Menus
Settings General Accessibility Learn Menu Screen Try Now
Use this feature to learn the menus that appear on the TV's screen. When enabled, the TV gives a voice description
of the selected menu's structure and functions.
This feature is only available if Voice Guide has been set to On.
Showing Captions
Settings General Accessibility Caption Settings Try Now
Set Caption to On. Captions will be shown with the broadcasts.
If the program does not support captions, captions will not be shown even if Caption has been enabled.
This feature is not affected by the DVD or Blu-ray player’s subtitle settings. If using such a device, use the device’s subtitle
settings.
Splitting the caption
Settings General Accessibility Caption Settings Separate Closed Caption
You can display the caption in the area separated from the broadcast screen.
Selecting Broadcast's Caption Language
Settings General Accessibility Caption Settings Caption Mode
Select a caption mode from the list. Available modes may vary depending on the program.
Default
Shows Korean captions.
Service1 to Service6
Select one of the captions supported by the digital broadcast. Domestically, only Service1 is supported.
Not supported by analog channels.
English / Korean
Displays English or Korean captions. Selecting Korean and watching a broadcast with English captions may
result in broken characters. In this case, select English.
Conguring Caption Settings

Congure detailed settings related to caption display.
The Position option is active only for programs that support broadcast subtitles.
