Manage the Email Inbox
Reading and replying to email on your phone is as
simple as on your computer.
1. Press and touch > Email.
2. Touch the drop-down menu box (upper-left):
䡲 To change folders, touch Inbox, Drafts, Sent, or
Show all folders.
䡲 Touch Combined view to see email from all email
accounts.
䡲 Touch Priority sender inbox to see only email from
contacts marked as Priority senders.
Sort Email Messages
1. Press > Sort by.
2. Select from the options to sort email messages by
Date (Most recent, Date (Oldest), Sender (A to Z),
Sender (Z to A), Read/Unread, Starred, Attachments,
Priority, Subject (A to Z), or Subject (Z to A).
Delete an Email Message
䊳 While viewing the an email, touch Delete.
Touch
Delete again to confirm.
Delete Multiple Email Messages
䊳 Touch the checkmark boxes to the left of each
email you want to delete, then touch . Touch
Delete again to confirm.
