Troubleshooting
4-2-2. When a blank screen is displayed (HDMI1)
Symptom • Even though the LED power turns on, the screen is blank when connecting the HDMI cable

• Check the HDMI cable connections.
• Check if the eDP cable is properly connected to the panel.
• Check if the ramp connector in the panel is properly connected to the main board.

Does X1001 properly vibrate?
No
Check and replace the circuits
related to X1001.
Yes
Is Pin 18 of CN301 generate correct
voltage?
No
Check CN301's connection cable..
Yes
Check output signal of R418_H1 ~
R425_H1?
No
Check the circuits around IC400.
Yes
Is DC 12V measured at Pin 46 ~ 51
of CN1401?
No
Check PANEL_12V_PW.
Yes
Check the panel and replace the
main board.
Caution • Make sure to disconnect the power before working on the Main board.
