Symptom When monitor's power is on, nothing is displayed
on the screen regardless of the signal.

Cause External adapter's power is not connected, or
contact failure of internal function cable.
Action Connect external adapter's power, and re-connect
or replace the internal function cable.
Symptom When monitor is turned on, the display is black
regardless of the signal.
Full Black
Pattern is typical
symptom when
there is no video
supply.
Cause This error occurs due to connection failure of LVDS
cable which only supplies lamp power to the panel
and not the video signal.
Action Re-connect or replace the LVDS cable so that
video signal can be supplied to the panel.
Symptom Screen noise occurs when a DVD is connected. Refer to training
manual for input
method.
Cause No HDCP Key input.
