Troubleshooting
4-2-3. When a blank screen is displayed (DisplayPort 1)
Symptom • Even though the LED power turns on, the screen is blank when connecting the DP cable

• Check the DisplayPort cable connections.
• Check whether the LVDS cable is connected correctly to the panel.
• Check whether the lamp connector of the panel is connected correctly to the Main board.

No
Check and replace the circuits
related to X1001.
Yes
Is input signal of CN401 ok?
No
Check the circuits around CN401.
Yes
Can you check output signal at TP of
CN1401?
No
Check the circuits around CN1401.
Yes
Is DC 12V measured on Pin 46~51 of
CN1401?
No
Check PANEL_12V_PW.
Yes
Check the panel and replace the
main board.
Caution • Make sure to disconnect the power before working on the Main board.
