VOICE MAIL MESSAGE
This is the function used to read the voice mail received or to send a voice mail to other
extension line.

In the standby mode, select the [SVC] soft button
Æ [VM MESSAGE] and press the [OK] button.

After a second, following the instruction, you can
enter a password, hear the voice mails, or leave
a voice mail to another extension line.
- To leave a voice mail, an additional system setting is
required. For more information on the use of voice
mail, consult your system administrator.
MESSAGE
This is the function used to leave my phone number when, in case of a call to an
extension line, the called party is busy or does not answer.

In case of a call to an extension line, when the
called party is busy or does not answer, select
the [SVC] soft button Æ [MESSAGE] and press
the [OK] button.

A message saying ‘a message has been set to
000’ is displayed
