      If your Samsung Security Camera isn't operating properly with a Micro SD memory card inserted, first check if the memory card is inserted in the proper direction. Note that the operation of a memory card formatted by other devices is not guaranteed with this camera unit. Try formatting the memory card again in the camera's menu under Setup > Event > Storage.

      If you have enabled motion detection or video analytics in the event setup of your Samsung Security Camera, but you are not receiving notification emails when an analysis event occurs, verify the settings in the following sequence: 1. Check the Data & Time settings. 2. Ensure that Motion detection / Video analytics is set to Enable. 3. Verify that the E-mail option in the Event action setup menu is checked for use.
