How to save a map on Samsung Jet Bot?
    • M
      Michael GrahamSep 19, 2025
To create a map, you need to register the device first and then start creating a map with the Smarthings App. When the Jet Bot starts cleaning from the Docking Station and completes cleaning one time in Auto Clean, a map is saved.

    • M
      Maria DuarteAug 25, 2025
If your Samsung Vacuum Cleaner Jet Bot has stopped during cleaning, it could be due to a depleted battery, an obstacle, or foreign matter caught in the Driving Wheel. If the Status Indicator is red, place the Jet Bot on the Docking Station to charge. If it's immobilized, move it away from the obstacle. If there's fabric or string in a Driving Wheel, turn off the power and remove it. Also, check if the No-go Zones are set.

Why is the suction power weak on my Samsung Vacuum Cleaner?
    • J
      James MarquezAug 26, 2025
The suction power on your Samsung Vacuum Cleaner might be weak because the Dustbin is full, or the brush is blocked by foreign matter. If there's too much dust, turn off the power and empty the Dustbin. If the brush is blocked, turn off the power and remove the foreign matter. Also, if noise suddenly increases, turn off the power switch and empty the Dustbin.

      Cindy BurgessSep 23, 2025
If the suction power of your Samsung Robotics Jet Bot is weak, it might be due to too much dust in the Dustbin. Turn off the power switch and empty the Dustbin. Another possible cause is that the brush at the bottom of the Jet Bot is blocked by foreign matter; in this case, turn off the power switch and remove the foreign matter from the brush. Also, if the noise suddenly increases, turn off the power switch and empty the Dustbin.

What to do if my Samsung Jet Bot does not clean some places?
    • G
      Gina GarciaSep 1, 2025
If your Samsung Jet Bot does not clean some places, check whether the Docking Station is installed in a narrow passage or near a room door and move it to another place. The Jet Bot cannot pass through the passage or the door if the Docking Station is installed in a narrow passage or near a room door. Also, check whether the places the Jet Bot does not clean are set as No-go Zones.
