and check if Activate Mono Headset is
selected.Ifnot,right-clickoverthedeviceand
selectConnect.
 Right-clickovertheSpeaker icon on the
taskbar,selectPlaying Device > Mono Device
> Load DefaultsandthenclicktheOKbutton.
Note
TheBluetoothMono Headphone and Microphone
functionsareactivated.

to check if the headset is connected as a stereo
headset.

fromthepop-upmenu.

Taskbar,clickPlay Device > Bluetooth High-
quality Audio > Load Defaults,andclickthe
OKbutton.

mustexitandre-runtheaudio/videoplayerprogram
