Remove and ensure you have all the parts

1. Lower Loop Handle Assembly
Attach lower handle bar bolts. Take the

2a. Locate the Starter Cord
Pull the starter cord up to the spring
and hold the cord at the lower side of
the spring. Rotate the string clockwise
around the spring.
2b. Upper Handle Assembly
Fit the right side Handle Knobs and Bolts.
When assembling, please take care to
place cable above lower loop handle.
