      Please complete the software update. When the software update has failed, the software update screen will keep appearing after turning the unit On. If the software update continues failing, try updating using a USB Memory Stick with the update software installed in its root directory. Change the file name to UPDATE10000FA1.BIN. The file name is case sensitive.

      If your Sanyo Blu-ray Player has no power, ensure the AC power cord is properly connected. If it is, try using a different power outlet. As a last resort, unplug the AC power cord, wait 5-10 seconds, and then plug it back in to try powering on the unit again.

      If you're not getting any sound or picture from your Sanyo Blu-ray Player, first make sure both the TV and the Blu-ray Player are turned on. Then, confirm that the connections to the TV are properly made. Also, check if your connected TV or another device supports HDCP, as the unit will not output a video signal unless the other device supports it.

      This unit cannot play back stand-alone AVCHD files (*.m2ts, *.mts or *.m2t) written to a DVD. The DVD containing AVCHD files must have a proper file and folder structure meeting AVCHD format specifications. Use AVCHD compliant device / software to burn or copy AVCHD files to DVD.

      If your Sanyo Blu-ray Player does not return to the start-up screen when the disc is removed, perform a soft reset by turning it off for 30 seconds, then on again. If that doesn't work, completely reset the unit by pressing and holding the power button on the front panel for 10 seconds to shut down the unit, or unplug the AC power cord from the AC outlet for 5-10 seconds.
