TV OUTPUT SETTING
3 Select the desired setting, and press the SET button.
h The screen to change the parameter for the selected setting appears.
<If “TV SYSTEM” is selected>
NTSC: Outputs NTSC video signals.
PAL: Outputs PAL video signals.
<If “TV TYPE” is selected>
: Images recorded in the HD mode with an aspect ratio of 16:9
are reproduced with an aspect ratio of 4:3 (letterbox format) with
black bars at the top and bottom of the picture.
: Images recorded in the HD mode with an aspect ratio of 16:9
are vertically compressed (squeeze format) to produce a picture
having an aspect ratio of 4:3.
4 Toggle the SET button up or down to select the desired parameter.
5 Press the SET button.
6 Select “EXIT”, and press the SET button.
h This completes the TV output setting.
