RECORDING IN THE HD MODE
In addition to the standard video clip recording mode (normal mode, aspect
ratio 4:3), your camera can also record video clips in the wide-screen mode
(HD mode) with an aspect ratio of 16:9.
Switching between the normal mode and HD mode
1 Press the ON/OFF button for at
least 1 second to turn the
camera on.
2 Set the main switch to REC.
3 Press the HD/NORM button.
h The monitor display changes to
the 16:9 aspect ratio HD mode.
h Each time the HD/NORM
button is pressed, the mode
switches between the HD
mode and the normal mode.
4 Press the video clip recording
button [ ].
