Verify correct operation of the phone (where
applicable).
Verify the following:
• General operation of the lift
• Operation of the underpan sensors
• Operation of the emergency stop
• Operation of the door and gate lock contacts. The
lift should not run unless the door or gate is closed
and locked.
Verify the door lock operation:
• The lift is operational when the door is locked
• The lift is NOT operational when the door is open at
a landing
• Insert the lock key to manually unlock the door and
ensure the following:
- The lift is NOT operational when the door is
manually unlocked with the key
- The key cannot be removed from the lock
Verify that all hardware is tightened.
Check the rollers (function and wear).
Check the battery fluid level (optional system). Also check the
voltage with the charger unplugged (13 VDC unloaded and
no lower than 10-11 VDC when running up/down).
