Why do I have digital cable and after scanning for channels I got nothing on my Sceptre HDTV?
    • R
      Roger GonzalesSep 19, 2025
Your Sceptre HDTV does not support QAM. You need a cable box for the display to work correctly. Ensure you have an HDMI cable connected from the cable box to the display. Then, turn on both the display and cable box, and set your display’s source to HDMI.

Why can't my Sceptre U43 receive sufficient channels through the ATSC/NTSC tuner?
    • J
      Joshua MurphyAug 25, 2025
If your Sceptre HDTV isn't receiving enough channels, it might be due to a weak tuner signal (less than 65%). Try changing the direction of your antenna and then rescan for channels. If you're using cable, contact your cable company to inquire about the signal strength of your local cable.

If your Sceptre HDTV remote isn't working, try these steps: Turn off the display and unplug it. Remove the batteries from the remote for 30 seconds. Press the remote buttons and the power button randomly for a couple of seconds, then reinstall the batteries. Also, make sure there's a clear line of sight between the remote's front sensor and the display's remote sensor, which is located near the power indicator light.

    • J
