Product Warranty
• The Wind X2 has a 1 year limited warranty against original defects in
workmanship or material.
• The warranty only applies to the authorized distributors of Schbot.
• Improper usage or not in accordance with the user manual will void the
warranty.
• The application of force majeure will be invalid.
• Normal reductions, such as battery aging, mopping cloth aging are not
guaranteed.
Note:
Please replace the battery pack after 1 year of purchase.
Please keep and provide your proof of purchase, S/N when making a claim.
Exclusions
This warranty will automatically become null and void and shall not be
applicable to products if:
Normal wear and gear(e.g.: cleaning cloth, safety rope, etc).
Reduction in battery discharge time due to battery age or use.
Expiration of the warranty.
Damage caused by accident, abuse or misuse.
Damage caused by force majeure.
No purchase record.
Other conditions that are not covered by the warranty.
