Why is there little to no material flow from my Scheppach Paint Sprayer?

  There might be several reasons for this issue. The spray tip could be clogged, so try cleaning it with a cleaning pin. The suction hose might also be clogged, requiring cleaning. Lastly, the suction hose mesh filter could be clogged, requiring cleaning or replacement with an appropriate cleaning solution.

Note that the motor will cycle on and off while spraying to regulate pressure, which is normal.
