Why is there little to no material flow from my Scheppach Paint Sprayer?

  There might be several reasons for this issue. The spray tip could be clogged, so try cleaning it with a cleaning pin. The suction hose might also be clogged, requiring cleaning. Check if the pressure control dial is turned too low and increase the setting by turning the dial clockwise. Ensure the suction hose is properly adjusted and tightened at the inlet port. Lastly, the suction hose mesh filter could be clogged, requiring cleaning or replacement with an appropriate cleaning solution.

  If your Scheppach Paint Sprayer isn't turning on, first ensure the mains power lead is properly plugged into a functioning mains power outlet. Test the power supply voltage to confirm power is coming from the outlet. If using an extension cord, make sure it is not damaged and has a suitable voltage. Note that the motor will cycle on and off while spraying to regulate pressure, which is normal.
