12.2.2 Carbon brushes
In case of excessive sparking, have the carbon
brushes checked only by a qualied electrician.
IMPORTANT
The carbon brushes should not be replaced by any-
one but a qualied electrician.
12.2.3 Mains cable
If the mains cable is pulled out, cut, or damaged in
some other form, then it should be replaced imme-
diately.
12.3 Service information
Please note that the following parts of this product
are subject to normal or natural wear and that the fol-
lowing parts are therefore also required for use as
consumables.
Wear parts*: Carbon brushes, saw blade, table inlay
* Not necessarily included in the scope of delivery!
12.4 Ordering replacement parts
The following information must be provided on all or-
ders for spare parts:
• Device type
• Device article number
13. Storage
Store the equipment and accessories out of children’s
reach in a dark and dry place at above freezing tem-
perature. The ideal storage temperature is between 5
and 30 °C. Store the electric tool in its original pack-
aging.
14. Disposal and recycling
The equipment is supplied in packaging to prevent it
from being damaged in transit. The raw materials in
this packaging can be reused or recycled.
The equipment and its accessories are made of vari-
ous types of material, such as metal and plastic. De-
fective components must be disposed of as special
waste. Ask your dealer or your local council.
Only use connection cables with the marking H 05
V V- F.
The printing of the type designation on the connec-
tion cable is mandatory.

The mains voltage must be 220-240 V

Extension cables up to 25 m long must have a cross-
section of 1.5 mm

Connections and repairs of electrical equipment may
only be carried out by an electrician.
Please provide the following information in the event
of any enquiries:
• Type of current for the motor
• Machine data - type plate
11. Transport
• Transport the electric tool by lifting it on the recess-
es provided for this on the frame and the engine
cover.
• Never use the protective devices for handling or
transport.
• Make sure that the exposed part of the saw blade
is covered during transport, e. g. by the protective
device.
12. Cleaning, maintenance, storage
and ordering of spare parts
WARNING
Always switch the machine o and remove the mains
plug prior to all maintenance and cleaning work.
12.1 Cleaning
Keep all safety devices, air vents and the motor hous-
ing free of dirt and dust as far as possible. We recom-
mend that you clean the equipment immediately after
you use it.
12.1.1 Exterior cleaning
• Clean the equipment regularly with a damp cloth
and some soft soap.
• Do not use cleaning agents or solvents; these may
be aggressive to the plastic parts in the equipment.
• Ensure that no water can get into the interior of the
equipment.
12.2 Servicing
12.2.1 Bearings (g. 1/pos. 10)
Lubricate the bearing points (10) of the deection roll-
ers after approx. 25-30 operating hours at the latest
using high-quality machine grease.
