• Payattentiontotherotationaldirectionofthemotorand

• Thesafetymechanismsonthemachinemaynotbere-

ofFig.Pullthepowersupplyplugandwaitfortherotat-
ing tool to completely stop.

rectifying any malfunctions.

Forallworkingproceduresthemachinemustbeconnected
to a Dust extractor. Observe instructions for proper use.
• Whenworking on the machine,all safety mechanisms
and covers must be mounted.
• Circularsawbladesmadefromsuperspeedsteelmaynotbeused.
• Thesplittingwedgeisanimportantsafetyfeature.The
workpieceisfedthroughthesplittingwedge,whichpre-
ventsthecutfromclosingbehindthesawbladeandalso
preventstheworkpiecefromkickingback.
• Notethethicknessofthesplittingwedge-seegures
stamped into the splitting wedge. The splitting wedge
maynotbethinnerthanthesawbladeandnotthicker
thancuttingjointwidth.
• Beforethemachineisputintooperationitmustbecon-
nectedtoadustextractorwithaexible,non-ammable
suction hose. Thesuction shouldswitch on automati-
callywhenthemachineisswitchedon.
• Whenleavingtheworkplace,switchthemotoroff.Pull
thepowersupplyplug.
• Cutofftheexternalpowersupplyofthemachineorplant
evenifonlyminorchangesofplaceareenvisaged.Prop-
erly reconnect the machine to the supply mains before
recommissioning.
• Connectionandrepairworkontheelectricalinstallation
maybecarriedoutbyaqualiedelectricianonly.
• Allprotectionandsafetydevicesmustbereplacedafter
completing repair and maintenance procedures.

• The circular sawbench isdened asa semi-stationary
machineinaccordancewithprEN1870-1.
• Fortransportingthemachinewithintheworkshoparea
usethewheelassembly(accessory).Theworkingposi-
tion is to the front of the machine either to the right or
theleftsawblade.
• Themachiningrangeandsurroundingareasofthema-
chine must be clear of interfering foreign matter to pre-
vent accidents occurring.
• Workpiecesmustbecompletelyfreeofforeignobjects,
i.e.nailsorscrews.
• Beforethemachineisputintooperationitmustbecon-
nectedtoadustextractorwithaexible,non-ammable
suctionhose.Thesuctionshouldswitchonautomatically
whenthemachineisswitchedon.
• Whenusedinenclosedrooms,themachinemustbecon-
nected to a vacuum exhaust unit.
