Warning:
Keep the helmet away from aggressive substances
Motor fuel and solvent vapor can cause the Face Shield and
sun visor to crack. Keep the Face Shield and sun visor away
from such vapors and do not allow kinds of substances to
come into direct contact with the Face Shield or sun visor!
For that reason, never place the helmet on the tank of your
motorcycle.
Warning:
Don’t ride when visibility is poor!
Make sure the Face Shield and sun visor are always in perfect
condition. If for any reason, the visibility is poor, don`t ride.
Warning:
Don’t ride with a fogged up Face Shield.
Never try to manually clean a fogged up Face Shield while
riding, this could cause an accident resulting in serious
personal injury or death. In light stages of misting you may
either open the chin ventilation or the Face Shield to the
town position. If the fogging is not immediately reduced stop
your ride.
3. SAFETY ADVICE CONCERNING MODIFICATIONS/ACCESSORIES
Warning:
Do not modify your helmet.
Original parts (especially on the outer shell, inner shell and
retention system) must not be modified or removed. The
fitting of non-genuine, non-recommended parts can partially
or completely counteract the protective function of the helmet
and invalidate the DOT approval with all guarantee and
insurance claims.
