What to do if Schwinn Elliptical Trainer has no display?

If your Schwinn Elliptical Trainer's display is not working, is only partially on, or the unit won't turn on, try these steps: 1. Ensure the unit is plugged into a working wall outlet. 2. Make sure the connection is secure and undamaged; replace the adapter or connection at the unit if either is damaged. 3. Check that all wires in the data cable (inside the console mast) are intact; replace the cable if any wires are crimped or cut. 4. Confirm the cable is connected securely and oriented correctly, with the small latch on the connector lined up and snapped into place. 5. Inspect the console display for cracks or damage; replace the console if damaged. 6. If the console has a partial display and all connections are fine, replace the console.
