What to do if my Schwinn 520 Reclined Elliptical has no display or won't turn on?

If your Schwinn Elliptical Trainer's display is not working, only shows a partial display, or the unit doesn't turn on, start by checking the batteries. Ensure they are correctly installed. If they are, try replacing them with a new set. Also, inspect the data cable for any visible damage like crimps or cuts and replace the cable if necessary. Make sure the data cable connections are secure and properly oriented, with the small latch on the connector snapped into place. Check the console display for cracks or damage and replace the console if damaged. If the console only shows a partial display and all connections are good, replace the console.
