If autocalibration fails in product ion mode on your SCIEX Control Unit because the reference ions' intensity is low (less than 10 cps), ensure that the IonSpray Voltage Floating (ISVF) value is correct and the spray is stable. Prepare a fresh PepCalMix sample for autocalibration. Also, verify that the Collision Energy (CE) value is correct for the 758.91 m/z ion. If incorrect, ensure the 758.91 m/z MS/MS spectra quality is correct and adjust the Collision Energy (CE) value.
