The quality of the first cup of coffee is poor.

- The first run of grinder does not deliver a
sufficient quantity of ground coffee in the
brewing unit.
- Make another cup of coffee, the quality will
improve.
The coffee has no cream.

- The coffee beans are not fresh.
- Use fresh coffee beans.
The appliance takes a long time to heat up.

There is no alert when the water tank is removed or the water level in tank is low.
