The quality of the first cup of coffee is poor.
- The first run of grinder does not deliver a
sufficient quantity of ground coffee in the
brewing unit.
- Make another cup of coffee, the quality will
improve.
- The coffee beans are not fresh.
- Use fresh coffee beans.
The appliance takes a long time to heat up.
- Excessive scale has built up.
There is no alert when the water tank is removed or the water level in tank is low.
- The area near the water tank connector is
wet.
- Wipe the water around the water tank
connector.
The internal drip tray is filled with water.
- The ground coffee is too fine, which
blocks the water from coming out.
- Adjust the grind size to a coarser level.
Coffee is delivered too slowly or a drop at a time.
- The ground coffee is too fine, which
blocks the water from coming out.
- Adjust the grind size to a coarser level.
The lack of beans indicator still flashes, even though there are coffee beans inside the container.
- The internal coffee grounds outlet is
blocked.
