No milk froth is coming out of the machine.
- The automatic milk frother is dirty or not
assembled correctly.
- The hole of the milk tube connector is
blocked by milk residue.
- Clean the automatic milk frother system
and make sure it is correctly assembled and
installed.
- Refer to the COMPLETE CLEANING OF
THE MILK ACCESSORIES section. Make
sure all the holes are clean. Use the needle
provided to clean the hole.
The hole of the milk tube is blocked by milk residue which is hard to clean.
- The hole of the milk tube has not been
cleaned for a while.
- Clean the automatic milk frother system
and make sure it is correctly assembled and
installed.
- Refer to the COMPLETE CLEANING OF
THE MILK ACCESSORIES section. Make
sure all the holes are clean. Use the needle
provided to clean the hole.
The quality of the milk froth is not good.
- The type of milk used is not suitable for
frothing.
- Try different types of milk. Full fat or semi
skimmed cow’s milk work best.
The bubbles of the milk froth are too big.
- The temperature of the milk is too high.
The milk is spilling next to the coffee machine.
- The milk tube is not in the correct
position.
- Place the milk tube around the milk
container lid after use. Do not let it fall freely
to prevent milk from spaying out due to the
pressure difference.
The descaling icon keeps flashing even after running the descaling process.
- The descaling process has not
completed.
- Please be patient and wait for the process
to finish. The machine will shut off once the
process is finished. Do not try to manually
shut it off.
