1. Select Start->Service Manager and stop EQUIOS service.
2. Select Start->Maintenance Tool.
3. In the displayed OutputDeviceUtility folder, double-click PrinterAdminTool.
4. Select the printer in the list and click the ‘Update...’ button.
Update will fail if the printer controller is not running.
Confirm that the printer controller is running prior to clicking the ‘Update…‘ button.
5. In the displayed message box, click ‘OK’.
6. In the displayed message box, click ‘OK’.
