1. Performing an SD Check strip Test
When should I check my meter using the SD
Glucose Check strip?
• When you want to easily check the
performance of the meter.
• Before using your meter for the rst time.
• Whenever your result does not agree with
how you feel
• If you have repeated a test and the blood
glucose result is still lower or higher than
expected.
How to Use the SD Check strip
1. Insert the SD Check Strip, face up, into
the test strip slot (‘check strip’ is printed
on the check strip). The meter will turn on
automatically.
2. If the SD Check Strip is inserted properly,
the meter will start the check.
• The SD Check strip test does not
replace an SD Control Solution
test.
