11.6 Physical interface
Figure 11.6-1a shows the locations of the physical interface components for the "N" and "ND" model drives.
Shown are the locations of the D.C. power connector, the SCSI interface connector, the I/O line terminators,
and the drive select and option select header.
Optional versions of this drive, the models ST11200NC and ST1980NC have an 80 pin connector that has
the SCSI I/O signals, DC power and some option select functions all together in the 80 pin connector. See
Figure 11.6.3-1b and Table 11.6.3-1c.
Details of the physical, electrical and logical characteristics are given in paragraphs following, while the
SCSI operational aspects of Seagate drive interfaces are given in the Seagate SCSI Interface Product
