Any suspect item should lead to the jack being removed from service and repaired by a competent person. Do not use the jack if it has been subjected to abnormal load or shock.
Caster Wheel Maintenance: Every three months, remove the locking rings on the caster wheels and lubricate the ball bearings with grease.
