9.5. COVERING
We recommend storing the sailing boat under cover rather than leaving it
exposed to the weather conditions. The gelcoat will preserve better during
the winter as the boat will not be exposed to the pressure of the freezing
water, a common cause of gelcoat cracks.
9.6. CUSHIONS
Remove the cushions from the boat for winterization, let them dry out and
store them in a dry place.
9.7. INTERIOR
Make sure that the interior is well ventilated. Open all the lockers, covers
and doors to allow for adequate air circulation.
