Seascape boats are built for one design class. We will tend not to make major
modifications which would significantly affect the performance.
However, the Owner’s Manual describes the full equipment provided at the moment of
printing. The Builder reserves the right to modify said equipment without prior
notification and without the obligation to upgrade products already built and/or sold.
This manual and the data, illustrations and descriptions contained do not
constitute grounds for making claims against the manufacturer.
