6 Powerbase Trim
This chapter describes removal and installation procedures for the powerbase
trim (fascia, gearbox cover, and console cover). Each Segway PT has front and
rear fascia.
WARNING!
• Failure to follow these safety precautions could lead to electrical shock,
serious injury, death, or damage to property.
• Read all instructions.
• Power off the Segway PT.
• Unplug the Segway PT.
When to Replace
You need to replace front or rear fascia if either is physically damaged.
