Studio
Deluxe should be held
only
at
the subject.

you
are
taking
pictures
indoors
under
artificial
lighting,
it
is
necessary
to
place
your
meter
close
to
the
subject,
?s indicated
in
3-3-(1),
because
the
quantity
of
light
at
the
subject
and
ca
mera
will
differ
significa
nily.

Since
the
Lumisphere
is
a
n extremery
sensitive
to light,
you
m
ust
be caref
ul
not to
shade
it
with
your
hand when
measuring
light.
you
should
hold the
meter
at
arm's length,
especialry
when
wearing
light
or
briglrtly colored
clothing.

Reading
the
Meter
(1)
while
the
Lumisphere
is
held
facing
the
camera,
push
the
Needle
Lock
Button
which
is
at
the
center
of
the
dial.
The
Indicating
Needle
will
swing
and
rest
at
the
certain
point
on
the
tncident
Light (Foot
Candle)
Scale.
Remove
your
finger
from
the
button
to
lock
the
needle.
Now
you
are
free
to
read
the
foot
candle
number
whlch
the
needle
has indicated.
