3. System Setup
Eight submenu items are included under this directory:
Language
TV System
Local Time Setting
Timer Setting
Parental Lock
OSD Setting
Favorite
Other
Press CH+/ CH- button to move the cursor up and down to make a selection and press VOL► or OK to access
the function item. In the case that there is some navigation hints< >, you can also access certain item by pushing
VOL◄/VOL► button to move to the option item, or press EXIT/ MENU to get back to upper menu or quit current
operation in the end.
3.1 Language
● Language: English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Turkish, Polish, Czech, Finnish,
Greek and Swedish, 13 languages in total.
● First Audio: English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Turkish, Polish, Czech, Finnish,
Greek and Swedish, 13 languages totally available.
● Second Audio: English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Turkish, Polish, Czech,
Finnish, Greek and Swedish, 13 languages available.
● Subtitle Language: English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Turkish, Polish, Czech,
Finnish, Greek and Swedish, 13 languages available.
● Teletext: English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Turkish, Polish, Arabic, Czech,
Finnish, Greek and Swedish, 13 languages available.
3.2 TV System
z Display Mode :
Auto, PAL, and NTSC, three options available.
z Aspect Mode:
4:3LB (Letterbox), 4:3 PS (Pan & Scan) and 16:9 available.
z Video Output:
Two options: CVBS and RGB.
3.3 Local Time Setting
z GMT Usage: On/ Off. Choose the proper time display mode（In Off status, Date and Time can be set.)
z GMT Offset: Select the local GMT offset.
z Summer Time: Activate or deactivate Summer Time.
z Date: Set the present date parameter.
z Time: Set the present time.
3.4 Time Setting
Totally there are 8 items regarding this setting.
z Timer Mode: This item can be set to any of Off, Once, Daily, and Weekly.
z Wakeup Channel: Choose a Channel that needs to be waken up..
z Wakeup Date: Set a date to wake up the user.
z On Time: Set the start time when the timer is turned On.
z Duration: Set the duration time for the timer.
3.5 Parental Lock
Input Password: a 4-digit number （The initial password is “0000”）
z Menu Lock: On/ Off
z Channel Lock: On/ Off
z New Password: Input the new password.
z Confirm Password: Confirm the new password.
3.6 OSD Setting
z Subtitle Display: On/ Off
z OSD Timeout: 1~10 seconds
z OSD Transparency: 10%, 20%, 30%, 40% available.
