Description: Impermissible system function
Response: Output stage inhibit
Cause Measure
Impermissible system function activated. Disable impermissible functions when Ex protec-
tion function is active, such as "Activate standstill
current" = "On" in the active control mode.
Subfault: 52.3
Description: Inverter too large
Response: Output stage inhibit
Cause Measure
Ratio of inverter current to nominal motor current
too large.
Check the assignment of motor and inverter, and
check the dimensioning of the system.
Subfault: 52.4
Description: Parameterization of current limit characteristic
Response: Output stage inhibit
Cause Measure
Error while setting parameters for current limit
characteristic.
– Parameterize the current limit characteristic.
– Perform startup again.
Subfault: 52.5
Description: Time duration exceeded f <5Hz
Response: Emergency stop + output stage inhibit
Cause Measure
Duration of 60s for f<5Hz exceeded. Check the dimensioning of the system: If speed
control = FCB05, increase the speed. If speed =
0, inhibit output stage / with stop FCBs, activate
the brake function if a brake is installed.
