What to do if my SFA Water Pump does not start?

  If your SFA Water Pump isn't starting, there are several potential reasons. First, ensure the unit is properly plugged into the power supply. Second, check for any power cuts affecting the mains voltage. Third, a blocked float, condensates inlet pipe, or neutralisation drawer can prevent the pump from starting. To resolve this, clean the SANICONDENS® Best tank and inlet pipe, and clean the neutralisation drawer, replacing the pellets.

Why is my SFA SANICONDENS Best not lifting water?

  If your SFA Water Pump isn't lifting, it could be due to a blocked non-return valve or a blocked discharge pipe. Cleaning the valve and the discharge pipe should resolve the issue.
