Why is there no steam coming from my Shark Steam Cleaner?

First, make sure your Shark Steam Cleaner is turned on by checking if the blue light is lit. If it's not, ensure the unit is plugged in and the on/off button is in the 'I' position. Also, verify that the water tank is at least half full, or fill it to the maximum fill line.
