Child lock (for TV/DTV)
Important:

Allows you to use a PIN to protect certain settings from being accidentally changed.

To change PIN
You can change the factory preset PIN “1234” to another 4-digit number you like.
“Programmes” and “First installation” appear only when PIN for Child
lock is entered.

Press MENU to display the TV menu.
Press a/b to select “Features”, and then
press OK.
Press a/b to select “Child lock”, and then
press OK.
When changing the PIN for the first time, enter
factory-preset PIN “1234” with 0 – 9. If not for
the first time simply enter your current PIN.
• When the PIN is correctly entered, the “Child
lock” screen appears.
Press a/b to select “Change PIN”, and
then press OK. The currently defined PIN is
displayed.
Input the new four-digit PIN (e.g. 5678) with
0 – 9, and then press OK.
Press END to exit.

• If the PIN has been input incorrectly, “Wrong PIN!” is
displayed.

To reset a PIN
| In step 5 above, press a/b to select “Reset”, and
then press OK to cancel the currently defined PIN.
The PIN resets to factory-preset PIN “1234”.
