[Content] The current setting of the standard patch density during process controlling is
displayed and a new setting can be set.
(a) Operation/display
[PRINT]: If the entered value is valid, the current setting is updated and the sub code
input screen is displayed. If the entered value is not valid, the input field is
cleared and the error buzzer sounds.
If any value is not entered, the setting is not updated and the screen
changes to the sub code input screen.
[0-9]: Enters settings.
[C]: Clears the input field.
[PAUSE]: No setting is made and the sub code input screen is displayed.
[CA]: The execution of the simulation is stopped and the simulation is terminated.
