2 Make sure the saw blades are not deformed.
3 Make sure the screen grid or saw blade are not in contact with the
inside of the MC case (saw blade side).
4 To clean the MC saw blade, use a piece of styrofoam. Stick to the
saw blade perpendicularly to remove dirt.
B. Transfer/separation charger unit

The charger SP length is 11 ±0.5 mm.
2 Make sure the charger wire is not twisted or kinked. Make sure it
is properly settled in the wire positioning groove in each holder.
3 Make sure the charger case is clear of oil, contamination or
foreign matter.
4 Clean the wires with alcohol, if contaminated.
3. Laser unit
(1) Checking printing by laser unit
(adjusting distortion by self-printing mode)
1 Remove the right and left document guides and remove the table
glass.
2 Remove the dark box cover and LSU lead wire cover.
3 Open the front cabinet and remove the duct and process guide
rail.
4 Execute SIM 64-1.
